How to Install
How to Install
Setting him up takes about a minute, with no tools needed. Put 3 AA batteries into the compartment on his back (not included), drape the beaded cord over a branch, banister or door handle, and let the bell hang free at the bottom. Flip the switch and he'll grip the beads and climb, hand over hand. At the top he turns himself around and comes back down, then goes again — the bead up there is his stop point, not a fault.

💡 Tip: For the best results, use a clear, front-facing photo for Half-Body figurines (2.4") and pets (1.81”) and a full, head-to-toe image for Full-Body figurines (4.7").
If you have selected a full-body figurine, ensure the full body is clearly visible in the image to allow for accurate modeling.
Note: If you purchase a single-person variety and your image contains more than one individual, please specify exactly who specify who you would like us to recreate.

Our skilled designers will transform your photo into a lifelike 3D model, which is then brought to life with precision 3D printing.

Tracking: You'll get a tracking number by email the moment he ships. International tracking can take 3–5 days to show its first scan, and may go quiet for a few days while the parcel moves between countries. That's normal and doesn't mean it's lost.
Christmas cut-off: Order by 15 November to be confident your Climbing Claus arrives in time. We can't guarantee pre-Christmas delivery on orders placed after that.

How do I set up my Climbing Claus
Under a minute, no tools needed.
1. Unbox him
Lift Climbing Claus out along with his gold beaded cord and bell.
Unwind the cord fully — it's a full metre, so give it room.
2. Add the batteries
Open the compartment on his back and insert 3 x AA batteries
(not included). Match the + and − markings inside, then close the cover until
it clicks.
3. Hang the cord
Drape the top of the beaded cord over anything sturdy and roughly a metre
above where you want him to finish: a tree branch, a banister, a curtain rod,
a door handle, a hook. The bell hangs at the bottom and keeps the cord straight
— let it dangle free rather than resting on the floor.
4. Switch him on
Slide the switch on his back. He'll grip the beads and start pulling
himself up, hand over hand.
5. Let him do his thing
When he reaches the bead near the top of the cord, he stops, turns himself
around, and climbs back down. Then he goes again. Nothing to reset.
Additional Information:
- That bead near the top isn't a fault. It's his stop
point — it's what tells him to turn around. - Keep the cord hanging freely. If it's tangled, coiled,
or pressed against a wall, he'll struggle to grip. - If he slows down, it's almost always the batteries.
Fresh AAs fix it. - Indoors or out — just keep him out of heavy rain.

Yes. A motor inside grips the gold beaded cord and pulls him up hand overhand. Nothing to wind, pull or hold — you switch him on and he goes.

The cord is a full metre (about 3¼ feet), so that's his run. Hang the topof the cord roughly a metre above where you want him to finish.

We don't recommend it. The mechanism is built to grip the exact bead sizeand spacing on the cord he ships with — a different cord will slip or jam.
